For the last few years, I've been working on digital product teams remotely that use the agile approach working in 2-week development sprints. These large corporations include Marriott International, Oath, Veritone, MapQuest, and Verizon.
I'm comfortable being dropped into an existing department or framework, picking up a project and "running with it." Very rarely in my career have I had the opportunity to start anything from scratch. In fact, in my experience that is very rare and unrealistic in the corporate, tech space. For the most part, the product has been established with legacy code/tech and needs improvement or new product add-ons while always keeping revenue growth in mind.
